Narelle Arnold is our senior Property Manager as well as Business Owner. Narelle takes meticulous care in managing investment properties and overseeing tenancies. Together with other staff, she ensures the smooth and professional application of the Residential Tenancies Act in all areas of managing rental properties. She also plays an important support role as a Personal Assistant to the Sales Team. After many years away, Narelle is very glad to be back in Clare, raising her children Adam and Toby, with husband Mark. She is approachable and happy to work with her clients to meet their individual property management needs. |

Mark West has an impressive record of selling Real Estate over many years, and a strong reputation for impeccable client service. His negotiating skills combined with his high level of communication, commitment, energy and focus, are key factors in Mark’s ongoing success.
Mark has sold over $50 million dollars worth of real estate and received numerous awards for his efforts. Some of those awards include: Number 1 Listing and Selling Agent for 5 consecutive years, Top 10 Principal for number of sales and Top 10 Principal for settled commission.
Mark’s dedication and drive has produced consistent results, which have been achieved by understanding his clients’ expectations when marketing one of their most valuable assets, and persisting until the desired result is achieved.
Like many real estate professionals, Mark describes himself as a “people person”. This quality has paid off in the property business – helping him build an impressive client base and regular repeat business from many satisfied vendors and purchasers he has served in the area. “Some of the important keys to providing clients with the best service and performance are honesty, empathy, being a good listener and of course, keeping clients informed at every stage of the plan. This must be backed up by sound business acumen and a methodical approach,” says Mark.
Mark lives in Clare with his wife Narelle Arnold and their two young sons Adam and Toby. Mark is a strong believer in community involvement and is Vice President/Secretary of the Clare Tennis Club, committee member of the Clare Sports Management Facility, member of the Clare Table Tennis Cub and North Clare Basketball team.
With a background in agriculture and small business management, Mark’s experience and broad ranging knowledge offers you a valuable edge. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Business in Agriculture, Certificate III in Property Services and Certificate IV in Real Estate Management. Mark is also a licensed Auctioneer and is a member of the Real Estate Institute of South Australia, the Society of Auctioneers and Appraisers and a representative on the franchise council of Brock Harcourts South Australia. |

Ari is the personal assistant to the sales team and ensures the sales process operates as efficiently as possible. Ari is a keen sportsperson and is actively involved in Clare and Burra basketball associations as well as being a member of the Clare hardcourt tennis club. |

Amanda Harris

Amanda is our receptionist and also provides support to the property management department. Amanda lives in Clare with her husband Harry and her two gorgeous daughters, Georgia and Amber. Amanda is the first point of contact in the office and takes immense pride in ensuring that that contact is a happy and positive one. |
