Narelle Arnold is our senior Property Manager as well as Business Owner. Narelle takes meticulous care in managing investment properties and overseeing tenancies. Together with other staff, she ensures the smooth and professional application of the Residential Tenancies Act in all areas of managing rental properties. She also plays an important support role as a Personal Assistant to the Sales Team. After many years away, Narelle is very glad to be back in Clare, raising her children Adam and Toby, with husband Mark. She is approachable and happy to work with her clients to meet their individual property management needs. |

Denny Polden

Denny Polden is a professional who works hard to exceed his client’s expectations. Having completed a Bachelor of Accounting and also served in the Australian Army, Denny brings a wide range of skills and knowledge with him. Denny has lived and worked in Clare since moving here with his wife around four years ago and recently became a father with the birth of his beautiful daughter Marli. Being a huge sporting fan, he is heavily involved at a local level, playing a variety of sports. Amanda Harris

Amanda is our receptionist and also provides support to the property management department. Amanda lives in Clare with her husband Harry and her two gorgeous daughters, Georgia and Amber. Amanda is the first point of contact in the office and takes immense pride in ensuring that that contact is a happy and positive one. |
